Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Manager for our New Berlin, WI facility to direct operations and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead department leaders, own daily metrics, and partner with Finance on forecasts while delivering continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a strong manufacturing background, 7+ years of leadership experience, and expertise with SAP and lean methodologies. This is an onsite position with a focus on daily plant performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent level of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant manufacturing experience managing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operations to achieve production objectives and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Oversee department leaders and report to Plant Manager; own daily Tier 3 meetings and countermeasure execution.
• Update daily reports and KPIs (output, absorption, hours, etc.) and build labor plans based on demand.
• Collaborate with Finance and leadership to develop monthly forecasts and spend plans.
• Lead kaizen and continuous improvement efforts; drive lean initiatives.
