Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

- Develop and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams, including production and quality personnel.
- Analyze operational data to develop forecasts, establish production targets, and monitor performance against strategic objectives.
