Allegiance Mobile Health in Vidor, TX is seeking an EMT-Advanced to deliver essential pre-hospital care and emergency support. You will respond to 911 calls, assess patient conditions, perform basic life support, and assist in patient transport under Medical Director protocols.

The role requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and a valid Texas EMT license with CPR and trauma-life-support certifications. Expect varied shifts, driving EMS vehicles, and documentation duties.

Competenze

• High school graduate or GED.
• Texas EMT certification.
• CPR certification.
• PHTLS or ITLS certification.
• Communicate effectively.
• Read, write, and interpret instructions in English.
• Previous experience in emergency care preferred.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable.

Mansioni

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24/7 and drives emergency vehicles in all road conditions.
• Reads maps and follows directions to respond efficiently and safely.
• Administer drugs such as Albuterol/Ipratropium Bromide Nebulizer Treatment.
• Draws up epinephrine for IM injection to treat anaphylaxis.
• Starts IVs, administers fluids and various medications as directed.
• Follows departmental, local and state driving laws and policies.
• Communicates with dispatchers, EMS crews and first responders as required.
• Maintains vehicles and equipment in readiness and cleanliness.
• Completes patient care reports and billing documentation promptly.
• Works under high-stress conditions with exposure to hazards and pathogens.
• Passes departmental skills evaluation and NEOP before staffing.
• Adheres to company policies and performs other duties as assigned.
