Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks a motivated Utility Operator to join our repair center team. You will clean, strip, and paint AC/DC motor parts during disassembly and assembly, using steam cleaners, parts washers and sand-blasters, with close collaboration to the winding department.

You will follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and operate material handling equipment to move motors and parts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial equipment in an electromechanical setting.
• Understanding of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Familiarity with motor components and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Clean internal and external motor parts and prepare them for repair and assembly.
• Operate cleaning and material handling equipment (steam cleaners, washers, sand-blasters, forklifts).
• Assist in painting and finishing repaired motors before shipping.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
