Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience for Estimator I and 2-5 years for Estimator II.
• Willingness to obtain LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs quantity takeoff.

• Drafts subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Provides document control for assigned projects.
