Job summary

Uptime Industrial is seeking a skilled Millwright / Maintenance Technician for a Fort Mill, SC project. You will support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment on-site, collaborating with skilled trades to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role offers 2nd or 3rd shift, Monday–Friday, with 8 paid hours per shift, and requires strong mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and the ability to work across customer sites and industries.

Qualifications

• Industrial Mechanic/Millwright certification or equivalent trade qualification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience in industrial environments and working on equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, and upgrade mechanical equipment and systems.
• Take ownership of work from start to finish, ensuring scope and quality.
• Communicate with customers, setting clear expectations throughout the job.
• Work independently and with other trades depending on the project.
• Work safely and follow company and regulatory requirements, including daily FLRAs.
