Job summary

Uptime Industrial in Fort Mill, South Carolina, is seeking a hands-on Millwright/Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) or 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am), Monday–Friday. You will troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, install upgrades, and work closely with skilled trades to keep systems operating safely.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude and proven maintenance/repair skills, with a focus on quality workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to adapt to different customer sites and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install and upgrade mechanical equipment.
• Take ownership from start to finish, ensuring quality and scope.
• Communicate with customers, set clear expectations throughout the job.
• Work independently and with other trades as project demands.
• Follow safety rules and complete daily FLRAs.
