Uptime Industrial is seeking a skilled Millwright / Maintenance Technician for a Fort Mill, SC project. You will support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment on-site, collaborating with skilled trades to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Reporting to the Area Manager – Carolinas, the Millwright / Maintenance Technician will work on an industrial project in Fort Mill, South Carolina, supporting the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery.
This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and industrial experience who is comfortable troubleshooting equipment, completing repairs, and working alongside other skilled tradespeople to keep equipment operating safely and reliably.
This position is available on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) or 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am), Monday through Friday, with 8 paid hours per shift.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Millwright / Maintenance Technician who enjoys industrial work, variety, and continuously developing their skills. You’re a strong troubleshooter who takes pride in quality work and enjoys exposure to different equipment, customer sites, and industries. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your welding and fabrication skills, tackle new mechanical challenges, or learn from other skilled tradespeople, you’re motivated to become a more well‑rounded Millwright.
