Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a Millwright, Maintenance I to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment across the Kentucky facility. The role emphasizes fluid handling systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, mechanical seals, and related devices, with duties spanning inspection, repair, and documentation.

You will work to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, potentially including days, nights, weekends, and overtime, while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to diagnose and repair pumps, valves, bearings, and pneumatic systems.
• Willingness to work 24/7/365 and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Inspect and repair pumps, seals, valves, actuators, and related flow-control devices.
• Document work in the CMMS and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support 24/7 production with day/night shifts as needed.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance.
