Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Millwright, Maintenance I to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment. This role focuses on fluid handling, pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and related devices within a 24/7 operation.

You will inspect, repair, and verify equipment readiness with limited supervision while coordinating with multiple teams to minimize downtime and ensure safe return to service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to freely move around the facility.
• Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet with fall protection.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and support a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures on industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, and related systems.
• Inspect and repair mechanical and process‑control equipment across the facility.
• Document work performed and findings in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
