Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Millwright to repair, install, and maintain industrial equipment used in manufacturing across the Midwest. The role involves reading blueprints, aligning pumps and piping, and performing preventive maintenance.

You will work in varied conditions and use welding, brazing, and cutting tools as needed. The ideal candidate will read technical instructions, follow safety practices, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and repair large industrial equipment (generators, turbines, conveyors).
• Install, align, and adjust piping, valves, pumps, and related components.
• Dismantle existing equipment and gather parts for repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide safety oversight and maintain safety logs and inspections.
