Job summary

The Millwright at hth companies will repair, maintain, and facilitate installation of industrial equipment used in manufacturing and production. The role requires reading blueprints and technical instructions to guide repairs and ensure proper operation of pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes.

You will use hand and power tools, welding or brazing as needed, and adapt to varying conditions (wet/dry, hot/cold). A strong safety mindset and reliable teamwork are essential to succeed at hth companies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of large industrial equipment such as generators and turbines.
• Assemble, install, align, and adjust piping, valves, pumps, and other equipment.
• Read blueprints and technical instructions to guide repairs.
• Dismantle existing equipment and gather parts for repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on older machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines when issues arise.
• Contribute to safety inspections and maintain records.
