Quality Employment Service, Inc. is seeking dependable Mill Clean-Up / General Labor workers to join our industrial team in Thomasville, GA. This is a physically demanding role focused on keeping the mill clean, safe, and operating smoothly.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, perform heavy lifting, shovel debris, and assist with preventing equipment downtime by maintaining surrounding areas and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas throughout the mill
• Shovel wet bark, wood debris, and other materials
• Remove scrap materials and dispose of them properly
• Lift and move boards and other materials throughout the shift
• Feed approved scrap materials into chippers and disposal systems
• Assist with preventing equipment downtime by keeping machinery and surrounding areas clean
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
