Work Environment

This is a heavy labor-intensive position. Approximately 90% of the workday involves shoveling wet bark, lifting boards, handling scrap materials, and performing other physically demanding tasks. Employees should expect to work in a fast-paced industrial setting and be comfortable getting dirty while performing essential cleaning and maintenance duties. The work performed by this position is vital to mill operations and helps prevent equipment failures, fires, and workplace accidents.
