Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Technician to maintain production mechanical equipment and environments in a Fort Dodge facility. This role involves preventive maintenance, repairs on pumps, conveyors, piping, heat exchangers, and other rotating equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with AA in Industrial Maintenance preferred and 5+ years in industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED. AA degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Experience: 5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance and/or 4+ years education in industrial maintenance technologies / engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, conveyors, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other rotating equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and improve maintenance standards and procedures.
• Work safely in a team oriented environment following PJHA and site safety guidelines.
• Operate hand and power tools daily; weld and use cutting torches as required.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment following safety protocols.
• Meet performance expectations and contribute to planning and teamwork.
