Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Technician Mid Skilled in Fort Dodge, IA. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on pumps, conveyors, piping, and other heavy equipment, while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of mechanical experience and/or 1–2 years of education in industrial maintenance technologies preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of hand/power tools, blueprint reading, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment; willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on pumps, conveyors, piping, heat exchangers, and power transmission equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete tasks with or without supervision.
• Maintain personal tools and document work orders and time.
