Job summary

C&W Services is hiring an Industrial Mechanical Technician in Bovina, Texas. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, piping, heat exchangers, and other power-driven rotating equipment in a safety-conscious environment.

This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, ability to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and operate forklifts and other equipment. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or 4+ years of related education preferred.
• AA in Industrial Maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, and power-driven rotating equipment.
• Use hand and power tools safely and follow PJHA and safety guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Work from ladders, platforms, and scaffolding with fall protection where required.
• Maintain and organize personal tools and comply with company procedures.
