C&W Services in Blair, Nebraska is seeking an Industrial Shift Mechanical Technician to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, conveyance systems, piping, heat exchangers, and other rotating equipment, with safety as a core value.

This position requires the ability to work with hand and power tools, read blueprints, and operate heavy equipment. The schedule offers Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri 7a-5:30p, with weekly pay and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED. AA in Industrial Maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Experience: 5+ years in industrial maintenance or 4+ years in related education.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, piping, heat exchangers, and rotating equipment.
• Work in a team and follow safety guidelines; operate hand/power tools and read blueprints.
