Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an Industrial Mechanical Technician in Cedar Rapids, IA. This full-time role focuses on repairs, preventive maintenance, and safe operation of pumps, piping, and conveyors in a high-demand industrial setting.

Typical hours are Monday–Thursday, first shift, with competitive hourly pay and benefits starting day one. The position requires strong adherence to safety and quality standards and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or 4+ years of related education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, piping, heat exchangers and rotating equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and PJHA processes; work with maintenance procedures to complete tasks.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools, alignments, rigging, welding and cutting as required.
• Work independently without supervision and contribute to maintenance planning and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate work orders and document time and materials.
