Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Technician in Dayton, OH, to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, piping, heat exchangers, and other rotating equipment in a high‑safety environment.

The role requires hands‑on experience with hand and power tools, blueprint reading, and adherence to PJHA and site safety guidelines; strong teamwork and the ability to work without supervision are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or 4+ years education in industrial maintenance technologies/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, and power-driven rotating equipment.
• Follow established standards and complete tasks with or without supervision as assigned.
• Utilize hand/power tools, read blueprints, and apply preventive/predictive maintenance practices.
• Work safely and comply with PJHA, observations, and site safety guidelines.
