Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing facility in a technical maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic fundamentals and safety knowledge (schematics, precision measurement tools, LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate equipment condition and plan repair/rebuild strategy.
• Own preventative maintenance and extensive repairs; diagnose problems, plan and complete work, identify and order parts.
• Maintain and modify machine tools, conveyors, process equipment and facilities including spindles, pumps, motors, guarding, drives, bearings, lead screws; include lubrication fluids and coolant.
• Apply knowledge of components and equipment used in industrial applications and related mechanics including machine tools and measurement devices.
