Job summary

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and resolve opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years industrial mechanical experience; 2 years electrical/electronics or electro-mechanical degree preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of tools and materials common to the mechanical trade.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of drive systems, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Must lift 50 lbs and operate motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Live Oak Complex safety process and follow all safety rules.
• Work the posted preventive maintenance schedule, typically Monday–Friday with possible weekend PM.
• Be available for after-hours support or on weekends as needed.
• Interact effectively with management, staff, vendors, customers, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Complete work orders and projects as assigned.
• Satisfactorily complete Continuous Skills Development (CSD) training requirements.
