Milliken & Company in Georgia is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all shop personnel, assign work, monitor safety, and ensure reliable equipment operations across the facility.

You will direct preventive maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting, coordinate with process improvement engineers, maintain quality system records, and support environmental and Milliken policies while driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Experience in maintenance or plant operations.
• Experience leading shop personnel and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and quality systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all shop associates (scheduling, work assignments, safety, etc).
• Manage preventive maintenance on all machinery to assure reliability.
• Manage calibration procedures.
• Manage troubleshooting and assure proper solutions to breakdowns.
• Facilitate training of Engineering Services associates.
• Manage maintenance of relevant Valway Complex Quality System Records and Procedures.
• Manage proper building maintenance.
• Coordinate projects with Process Improvement Engineers.
• Work on any other projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.
• Understand the environmental impacts and aspects of job-related activities. Follow established Milliken Environmental Policies and Rules.
