Job summary

C&W Services in Dayton, OH is seeking an Industrial Electrical Technician to install, repair and maintain industrial electrical systems. You’ll handle lighting, motors, inverters, soft starts and wye-delta configurations while reading schematics and performing precise electrical work in a team‑oriented, safety-first environment.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00a–5:30p, with overtime possible. Benefits start day one, plus weekly pay, advancement opportunities, and dedicated training

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installing, repairing and maintaining industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with lighting, motors, inverters, soft starts and wye-delta systems.
• Ability to read schematics and perform basic electrical math and testing.
• Cut, thread, bend and install conduit and cable trays in industrial settings.
• Awareness of NECA 101 standards and safe work practices.
• Willing to work varying shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Capable of working at height with fall protection and operating industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain industrial electrical components and equipment.
• Work with lighting systems, motors, inverters, and soft starts.
• Read schematics and test measurements safely and accurately.
• Cut, thread, bend, and install raceways and cable trays.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and similar equipment.
• Maintain compliance with company and customer safety guidelines.
• Work independently on daily tasks and in a team when needed.
