Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an Industrial Electrical Technician - Mid to support our Dayton, OH facility. The role requires installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical components and equipment, reading schematics, and following safety procedures.

You will operate hand and power tools, work from elevated areas, and may require shift flexibility including holidays and weekends. Comprehensive benefits apply from day one and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of mechanical experience or 1–2 years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred.
• Ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License upon meeting state required qualifications; ability to obtain ISA’s CCST Level 1 Certification.
• Experience with installing, repairing and maintaining industrial electrical components and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment with safety first expectations.
• Use hand tools and power tools daily.
• Willing to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
• Work from elevated areas utilizing fall protection equipment when needed.
• Adhere to published work schedule and maintain compliance with company and site safety guidelines.
• Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., forklifts, aerial lifts).
