ITAC, a leading ENR-ranked firm, seeks an Industrial Mechanical Superintendent in Wilmington, NC. You will oversee mechanical projects, manage direct-hire and subcontracted labor, and enforce safety protocols on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Superintendent.
• 7 years preferred; 12 years overall in foreman/superintendent roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating construction projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical projects from start to completion.
• Manage day-to-day activities of direct-hire and subcontracted labor.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, material, and equipment.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols.
• Coordinate with the project team to develop detailed execution plans.
• Monitor progress and anticipate cost or schedule impacts.
• Collaborate on close-out and turnover plans.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
