ITAC in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical General Foreman to oversee multiple projects on site and ensure safe, efficient site execution. The role requires leadership on industrial mechanical systems and the ability to mentor teams.

The position requires at least 3 years of foreman experience, strong reading of schematics and blueprints, and excellent communication. ITAC offers ESOP, comprehensive benefits, PTO and parental leave, plus chaplain support.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems.
• Be able to run several projects on one Industrial site.
• Good communication skills.
• Read schematics and blueprints.
• Mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and apprentices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple industrial site projects and ensure safe, on-time execution.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, cost coding, and material orders.
• Coordinate with foremen, crews, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Provide mentorship and on-site leadership to journeymen and apprentices.
