Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support diverse customers and projects across multiple sites. You will lead project teams, oversee safety, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

This role requires 10–15 years in pulp, paper, power, industrial, and/or manufacturing markets and a strong track record in bids, risk management, and stakeholder relationships. Occasional travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree applicable to position; relevant experience may substitute.
• Proven leadership, ownership, and risk management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker who can plan and build relationships.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Proficient with cloud-based Microsoft systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety program execution and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with customers, PMs, and support teams to manage projects.
• Oversee cost management: estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing.
• Apply scheduling, bids, takeoffs, changes, and contracts to scope changes.
• Develop relationships to identify opportunities and manage bids.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, charts, and ensure code compliance.
• Ensure equipment and personnel comply with policies and regulations.
• Support compliance programs and project-team adherence.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership.
• Travel to job sites regularly to supervise projects.
