Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple customers and sites nationwide. You will lead project teams, manage safety programs, and oversee schedules, budgets, and change orders to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in pulp/paper or industrial markets, strong client relations, and experience developing bids. Expect frequent travel and collaboration with executives and site managers to drive results.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree applicable to position; years of experience may substitute education.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, process adherence, ownership, and risk management.
  • Strategic thinker capable of planning and building relationships.
  • Knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements/regulations.
  • Proficient with Office 365 and cloud-based collaboration tools; PM scheduling software
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 10–15 years of experience in relevant markets managing projects up to $1M.
  • 10–15 years of client relationship and business development, including bids.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor safety program execution and performance of staff and vendors.
  • Collaborate with customers, peers, and support teams to manage projects.
  • Manage cost aspects: estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and resource allocation.
  • Apply project scheduling, bids, takeoffs, changes, and contract changes to milestones.
  • Develop relationships to identify and cultivate opportunities.
  • Prepare drawings, specs, calculations, charts, and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure equipment and personnel conform to policies and regulations.
  • Support compliance programs and project team adherence.
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership.
  • Travel to job sites regularly to oversee projects.
