Job summary

ITAC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a team on industrial construction projects in the United States. You will supervise electricians and subcontractors, plan electrical activities, and ensure adherence to codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities include installation, testing, maintenance of electrical systems, collaboration with project managers on schedules and budgets, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods and safety protocols.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.
