ITAC in Virginia is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Foreman to lead crews on diverse capital projects. You will read schematics, plan work, order materials, and mentor Journeymen and Apprentices, while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems.
• Layout and supervise crews on multiple project tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Mentor Journeymen and Apprentices.
• Read schematics and blueprints; assist with planning and material ordering.
• Able to work on tools when needed.
• Working knowledge of Procore.

Requirements

• Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days. and overtime opportunities when available.
• Have minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems.
• Be able to layout and run crews on various tasks of the project.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to mentor Journeymen, and Apprentices
• Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work, and material ordering.
• Ability to work on tools when needed.
• Have working knowledge of Procore

The typical base salary range for this position is between $83,880 to $85,300
