Job summary

Superior Industries Inc. is seeking skilled Industrial Assemblers to join our production team in Morris, MN. You will play a key role in assembling and installing parts and sub-assemblies around the painting process, contributing to high-quality output.

The role requires the ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and operate equipment safely. We offer a supportive environment, a day shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints with attention to detail.
• Able to read tape measures (1/8, 1/16, 1/32 inch) and convert between feet and inches.
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful for assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install parts and sub-assemblies before and after painting.
• Operate tools and equipment including bearing presses, impact wrenches and nail guns.
• Follow safety procedures and operate overhead cranes as required.
• Perform additional tasks to support production needs.

An Industrial Assembler is responsible for the following job duties:

• Assembly & Installation: Install purchased parts and sub-assemblies both before and after the painting process.
• Equipment Operation: Operate various tools and equipment, including bearing presses, impact wrenches, and nail guns.
• Safety & Crane Operation: Adhere strictly to safe operating and lifting procedures when using overhead cranes.
• General Support: Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor to support production needs.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $19 - $24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday
