Job summary

Guarantee Electrical Company is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing work orders. You will serve as the primary liaison between Manufacturing Operations, Purchasing, ACP, Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving, and EHS to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing manufacturing work orders and projects.
• Ability to develop labor budgets and track costs.
• Strong collaboration with operations, purchasing and EHS.
• Ability to lead kickoff meetings and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and budget manufacturing work orders.
• Plan schedules and manage work orders from start to finish.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and material costs.
• Coordinate with production, ACP, warehouse, and logistics.
• Lead continuous improvement and KPI initiatives.
