Job summary

Professional Engineering Consultants seeks a Project Manager to lead manufacturing, industrial, process, or facility projects in a consulting setting. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring client satisfaction and on-time deliverables.

You will assemble and guide project teams across disciplines, develop proposals and budgets, and maintain professional client relationships while upholding PEC quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from ABET-accredited university required.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a discipline/task lead.
• Minimum two years’ experience in Project Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in Engineering Design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make business decisions on projects from opportunity to completion with minimal guidance.
• Resolve discrepancies between client expectations and contracted scope.
• Manage project scope, cost, and schedule for planning, execution, and delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams during pre-contract phase and develop fee proposals and budgets; prepare contracts as needed.
• Assemble project team with supervisor approval and manage flow of work for all disciplines.
