Job summary

The role focuses on welding, installation, and maintenance of crushing equipment and conveyors, with strict adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, strong welding skills, and the ability to work day shifts plus overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, various shifts and overtime.
• Must be able to travel through an aggregate plant and climb stairs.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to operate basic plant equipment and support maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain portable crushing equipment and conveyors.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform welding repairs on crushing equipment.
• Fabricate parts with machine tools.
• Ensure routine maintenance and safety compliance.
