Job summary
Revolution Company is hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians in Kilgore, Texas. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery to support safe and reliable plant operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two+ years in welding, metal fabrication, or maintenance preferred.
- Experience with industrial equipment repair and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work safely around electrical hazards and wear PPE.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors and related components.
- Operate welding and metal fabrication equipment safely.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
