Job summary

Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC is hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians to support Kilgore, Texas operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment, perform welding and fabrication, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals with experience in welding, fabrication, mechanical repairs, and electrical troubleshooting. OT and shift flexibility may be needed to keep operations running safely.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial troubleshooting.
Experience in welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs.
Background in electrical troubleshooting and NFPA 70E is favorable.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery safely.
Support preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Monitor machinery and adjust for proper operation and performance.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, weld and fabricate components as needed.
Operate welding and metal fabrication tools safely and effectively.
Complete maintenance documentation and keep work area clean and safe.
