The role focuses on troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control faults, with maintenance of conveyors, pumps, motors, boilers, and related equipment. You will support plant utilities, coordinate repairs with Production and Maintenance, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintains production, facility and utility systems safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and basic control faults.
• Performs preventive maintenance and lubrication to drive reliability.
• Follows safety, GMP and regulatory standards in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production line calls; identify root causes and update stakeholders on repair progress.
• Repair, adjust, and reassemble machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and validate replacement parts against OEM specs and tolerances.
• Coordinate repair and installation work to minimize production impact.
• Document work orders and records in EFCO system and track parts usage.
