Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in New York seeks a maintenance/production operator to ensure safe and efficient operation of end-line machinery. You will perform CMMS-based preventive maintenance, adhere to quality standards, and support production to meet prescribed specs.

The role requires troubleshooting, trials, defect isolation, forklift certification, and strict compliance with BRC Food Safety Standards, GMP, and ISO 14001. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Professional certificate/license in industrial or mechanical skills preferred.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain end-line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks in CMMS and follow SOPs.
• Ensure quality and safety standards to protect partner brands.
• Troubleshoot equipment to eliminate defects and support trials.
• Assist in defective product isolation, trials, and breakdowns.
• Operate forklift per internal certification program.
• Adhere to safety policies, GMP, BRC, and ISO 14001 standards.
