Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in North Haven, CT seeks an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to keep our production floor running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair industrial machinery on site.

You’ll work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, document activities, and assist with new equipment installation. A strong mechanical background and teamwork are essential.

Overtime may be required as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate preferred.
• Hands-on experience as an industrial mechanic or maintenance technician.
• Familiar with mechanical assemblies, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on industrial machinery and plant equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement durable fixes.
• Inspect, test, and verify performance and safety of systems.
• Collaborate with peers to streamline processes and solve recurring issues.
• Document maintenance activities, parts used, and findings.
• Keep work areas orderly and adhere to safety procedures.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
