Job summary

MiThink is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to uphold safe and efficient maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on high-speed stamping presses, conveyors, and material handling gear to maximize uptime and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Technical training in mechanical maintenance, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with stamping operations to ensure plant equipment is operating through diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in company systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
