Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold and improve manufacturing and warehouse equipment and facilities.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and support installation of new equipment on a manufacturing campus. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when needed.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility-related issues.
• Repair HVAC systems, air compressors, dock doors and conveyors, lighting, and plumbing.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; document work in CMMS.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
• Support facility improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
