Job summary

MiTek is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain stamping presses, conveyors, and material handling systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and reliability. A high school diploma and two years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years industrial maintenance preferred.
• Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of safety, lockout/tagout, and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in CMMS.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance and equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
