Job summary

ReadyFlo in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain production equipment, fleet vehicles, and shop facilities to maximize reliability and minimize downtime. You will develop and execute the Preventive Maintenance program and perform repairs, with strong focus on safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.

• Experience with hydraulic systems.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Pneumatic system experience.
• Computer skills for maintenance records.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of carpentry and general equipment use and repair.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and minor repairs on forklifts, skid steers, vehicles, trailers, welding machines, air compressors, generators, and other equipment.
• Maintain maximum uptime by preventive maintenance and quick response to issues.
• Develop and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program for equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
• Repair and maintain power tools and shop equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on buildings and yard areas including mowing and upkeep.
• Order supplies and materials for repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with production projects including pipe assembly and equipment operation.
• Maintain maintenance records and PM documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
