Job summary

Helion Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility. You will perform mechanical repairs, troubleshoot electrical issues, and carry out preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will replace bearings, pumps, valves, and gearboxes, use HMI screens to diagnose faults, and ensure safety procedures like LOTO are followed. The role requires independent work, problem-solving, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems and components.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and general workplace safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Replace bearings and lubricate equipment as needed.
• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild pumps, valves, and gearboxes.
• Safely troubleshoot and work with electrical systems.
• Replace contactors, sensors, and other electrical components.
• Use HMI screens to identify machine faults, alarms, and operating issues.
