Job summary

Helion Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a busy manufacturing facility in Magnolia, MS. This hands-on role covers mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a balance of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

You will diagnose and repair conveyors, rollers, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, drives, pumps, and lift systems, and address 480V electrical systems including 3-phase motors. Collaboration with production ensures safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

Must have strong mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial maintenance.
Comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems with a meter.
Experience with 480V / 3-phase motors is preferred.
Able to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, rollers, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, drives, pumps, and lift systems.
Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase motors, sensors, wiring.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, repairs, and equipment alignment.
Maintain equipment including corrugators, printing presses, gluers, rotary die cutters, slotters/scorers, conveyors, and stackers.
Work with production to troubleshoot equipment issues and keep operations running safely and efficiently.
