Job summary

Victory Millwork is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Lynden, WA facility on swing shift. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of conveyors, lifts, and moving equipment.

Starting wage is $26.00 per hour, with a $1.75 shift differential. Work hours Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM and Friday schedules as needed; benefits include medical, dental, vision and an HSA, plus paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams.

Responsibilities

Victory Millwork – Full-Time SWING SHIFT | STARTING AT $26/hour

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 2:30AM

Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:30AM depending on production needs
