Victory Millwork, part of the Lynden Door family, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Lynden WA facility. The role offers a swing shift with a starting wage of $26/hour plus a $1.75 shift differential, and a schedule of Mon-Thu 3:30 PM - 2:30 AM with optional Friday shifts based on production needs.

The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, and mentor team members while ensuring safety and reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• Safety-focused with good judgment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, able to work solo or in teams.
• Strong communicator and planner with a fix-it mindset.

Responsibilities

Victory Millwork – Full-Time SWING SHIFT | STARTING AT $26/hour

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 2:30AM

Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:30AM depending on production needs
