Job summary

Victory Millwork, part of the Lynden Door family, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Lynden WA facility. The role offers a starting wage of $26.00/hr with a $1.75 shift differential and a swing shift schedule (Mon-Thurs 3:30 PM–2:30 AM; Fri 3:30 PM–8:30 PM or 2:30 AM depending on production).

The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, lead repairs and upgrades, and mentor operators.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems including PLCs.
• High integrity and strong safety focus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, able to work solo or in teams.
• Strong communication and planning with a fix-it mindset.

Responsibilities

Victory Millwork – Full-Time SWING SHIFT | STARTING AT $26/hour

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 2:30AM

Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:30AM depending on production needs
