Job summary

Victory Millwork LLC in Lynden, WA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for swing shift. This hands-on role focuses on keeping our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. You will perform preventative maintenance, lead repairs, mentor operators, and troubleshoot conveyors, lifts, and other moving machinery.

The position offers a starting wage of $26.00 per hour with a $1.75 shift differential. Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and PLC experience preferred;

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• High integrity, safety focus and good judgment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work solo or in teams.
• Strong communicator and planner with a fix-it mindset.

Victory Millwork – Full-Time SWING SHIFT | STARTING AT $26/hour

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 2:30AM

Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:30AM depending on production needs
